Homemade oyako-don

For dinner, moi made oyako-don, with chicken thigh bits.

Moi and toi’s vegetarian version consisted of onions and mushrooms, so yummy!!

Moi tried making this for lunch today!

Everyone including Toi said that it was yum yum   ＼(*^o^*)／ やったぁ♪

Moi brought princess mama and carnivore ling for a trial session at bikram yoga then went karaoke after that 

And both of them say they will NEVER go back for bikram yoga again   。・°°・(＞_＜)・°°・
Carnivore ling described the experience as “being in a galaxy” as she saw a lot of stars just after 10 minutes…Princess mama described it as “worst than childbirth…” (◎_◎;)

Anyway after the yoga session both of them complained that they couldn’t reach the high notes but after eating these yummy treats, their energy came back!

Went there with toi and mimi on a Sunday night for dinner and it was packed, had to wait a few minutes for them to clear a table for us.

Prices are really cheap (like $2.90 for a katsu don), but we were going no-meat for that meal and stuck with the udon and soba which wasn’t a yummy idea as of cos there must be a reason for them to be able to stay so cheap – by using cheap ingredients which do not taste that well…you will appreciate the importance of using good ingredients after dining here once.

Moi’s zaru soba – the soba wasn’t placed on a zaru (笊）, instead it was placed together with ice cubes in a bowl…guess what will happen when the ice melts and the soba gets soaked in ice water…makes the already not-so-tasty soba tastes even soggier and nua nua~

Toi’s udon set, with a plate of maki sushi, the sushi rice wasn’t short grained Japanese rice and it was too sour

Mimi’s kitsune udon, the kitsune saved the day as it was very sweet and yummy

Seoul Garden Buffet

Princess mama, Carnivore Ling and Moi travelled alllllll the waaaaaay to PASIR RIS on a weekday for their dinner buffet as that is the newest ala carte buffet outlet.

Toi joined us too, cos toi is staying in pasir ris!

Their chicken is a must try yo!  Char siew chicken, teriyaki chicken, yum yum

Kimchi is also very yummy, not too sour

Spinach is also very yum yum, princess mama devoured like 2-3 servings of them…bean sprouts also yum too

Beef not very nice, carnivore ling say got very smelly

We all slept at around 1.30AM that night…with the exception of Toi…the next day moi felt like a zombie~~ (◎_◎;)

Tamako Meal – Casuarina Road

After an idyllic Sunday afternoon picnic at the Lower Pierce reservoir, Toi, moi and famille headed for the nearby Tamako meal for dinner.

This time moi tried their zaru udon
