Raffles Hotel : Doc Cheng’s

Moi and secretaries were given the opportunity to inspect Raffles Hotel.
After that, we were treated to a nice dinner at Doc Cheng’s, which features fusion cuisines.
Naan was served before your food comes.
3-course set dinner is at S$75++ with 3 small appetizers, main course and dessert.
Moi chose the duck, vegetable tempura and Vietnamese chicken dumplings

The other secretaries’ appetizers, so pretty right?

Moi’s main course, spinach pasta with cheese in tomato sauce, moi lurves it!! Lamb chop

Cod fish, yum yum

Another type of fish, very yummy

Grilled seafood

Dessert for moi is sorbet with mango and a chocolate-filled crispy puff, so delicious!!

Doesn’t the chocolate ring resemble the Singapore Flyer on this macadamia chocolate crunch?

Food there was yummy but expect to wait a loooooong time for the food to be served…
Probably cos they wanted to serve everybody at the table at the same time.
